exchanges. Contains a conditional enactment clause, which requires an amendment
of the Constitution of Arizona at the general election in November, 2010 for
the provisions of the bill to become effective.

the amendment of Article X, Arizona Constitution, to provide for the leasing of
state trust lands for veterans’ cemeteries.

Services to hire an administrative person for the fund and the committee that
oversees the fund.
